Job Description:- Human Resources Administrative Assistant only Saudi Nationals (Riyadh) - SMS Country - A reputed company in KSA is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. We are a well-established communications company with presence across GCC. The position is open for Riyadh location. Job Description:• Should be able to work on behalf of businesses and organisations.• Should be responsible for communications, public relations, and public affairs in an organization.• Should know the local rules and regulations to carry out the operations.• Should be able to carry out operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.• Answer and direct phone calls, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, maintain contact lists and Provide general support to visitors.• Help in recruitment of Saudi branch members• Organize and schedule appointments, Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms and develop and maintain a filing system.• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update and maintain office policies and procedures.• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, book travel arrangements and submit reconcile expense reports. • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managersRequired Skills:-• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work• Attention to detail and problem solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
