Marketing Manager
Description:• Manage and control the budget of the Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services Department.• Coordinate marketing campaigns with all Category Managers.• Create and print all marketing materials in line with the marketing plan.• Plan and implement promotional campaigns.• Manage branding and corporate identity.• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.• Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.• Create a wide range of marketing materials.• Monitor and manage social media accounts of the company.• Work closely with creative and social media agencies.• Prepare for product launches.• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.• Work in conjunction with New Product Development to identify product improvements or develop new products.• Remain updated of the current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.• Work in conjunction with New Product Development to develop products according to customer requirements and specifications.• Organize sales stands at trade shows, exhibits, conferences, seminars to maintain and improve customer awareness of NDC products and their capabilities.• Attend and manage sales stands.• Monitor, review, and report all marketing activities, challenges, and KPIs on a monthly basis.• Monitor and manage customer relations management.• Train new staff on customer handling and in resolving customer complaints.• Develop business plans and proposals for a partnership with key companies and government bodies.• Manage the company’s loyalty program.• Monitor competitor movements.• Conduct market analysis.• Develop and implement marketing strategies.• Any other tasks assigned to him related to his field of work.Competencies:The following generic competencies and behavioral characteristics are essential for successful performance:• Leadership• Impact and influence• Negotiation skills• Customer Focus• Results oriented• Commercial awareness & acumen• Problem Solving Skills• Proficient in MS Office applications• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic• Sales analysis skills• Organizational skills• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles• Leadership• Impact and influence• Negotiation skills• Customer Focus• Results-oriented• Commercial acumen• Problem Solving Skills• Analytical Skills• Proficient in MS Office applications• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
